Job Description
Description Platform Administration & Operations
- Administer enterprise analytics platforms (BI/reporting and analytics workflow/automation), including tenant/environment configuration, licensing/capacity, gateways/connectors, and workspace/project organization.
- Perform platform configuration management: manage settings, features, and guardrails aligned to governance and security policies.
- Coordinate platform releases and changes (patching, upgrades, feature enablement), including impact assessment, communications, and adoption support. Platform Roadmap & Continuous Improvement
- Research, evaluate, and recommend platform enhancements, tools, services, protocols, and standards to support organizational goals.
- Contribute to platform roadmap planning and assist with proof-of-concepts, migrations, or platform transitions as needed (ensuring continuity and governance).
- Experience implementing governance for self-service analytics (workspace lifecycle, promotion paths, certification, usage policies, and auditing).
- Experience with CI/CD or release management patterns for analytics assets (Git-based workflows, deployment pipelines, environment separation).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and enterprise security patterns.
- Familiarity with capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost/consumption management in SaaS platforms.
- Relevant certifications (examples): analytics platform administration, cloud fundamentals, ITIL foundations.
