Omaha, NE (Onsite - 5 Days a week) Job Description The ServiceNow Platform Administrator will support the administration, configuration, integrations, and ongoing optimization of the ServiceNow platform within a Government Cloud environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented platform professional with experience in ServiceNow change management, CI/CD practices, and enterprise integrations. The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident, due to Government Cloud requirements. Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow platform to support business, technology, and operational needs. Configure and support ServiceNow workflows, forms, fields, business rules, UI policies, notifications, and related platform components. Support platform integrations with internal and external systems, ensuring reliable data exchange, performance, and security alignment. Partner with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Manage and support ServiceNow change management processes, including development, testing, approval, and release activities. Apply CI/CD practices to support controlled, repeatable, and efficient ServiceNow deployments. Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and support ongoing improvements to platform stability and usability. Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, processes, releases, and administrative procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ServiceNow modules and capabilities across the organization. Ensure platform activities align with Government Cloud environment requirements, security expectations, and applicable operational standards. Qualifications Experience administering the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations. Experience with ServiceNow Change Management processes. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and release management within a ServiceNow environment. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and platform users. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality, documentation, and operational excellence. Must be a U.S.

App Engine Health & Safety The base salary for this position is $ 92,250 to $134,272 plus, incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
