In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. We are seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer to perform system level integration of new software and hardware into a simulation environment for training on the Compass Call Program. You will work in a lab environment using tools to troubleshoot, test and manage issues. The training system and this role is more software focused and will require you to troubleshoot independently and also within a team. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related field. Work experience as an Engineering Intern or Military active duty non-degreed Engineer or Analyst. Hold an Active Secret Clearance. Ability to perform the following engineering responsibilities: > Integration & Manual/Automated testing for complex systems > Developing and executing test procedures > Analog and Digital RF engineering > Radar and Communication Signal Processing > Systems design > Allocate /Derive System requirements Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills B.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Work experience with Electronic Warfare programs.
