Role:
Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of
SAP S/4HANA
finance processes , focused on product costing, variance analysis, management accounting and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimise A2D finance processes and workflows. Translate business requirements into S/4HANA solutions. Lead configuration, testing, data migration and deployment. Collaborate with Finance, SAP and cross-functional teams. Support global template rollouts and post-launch improvements. Identify automation and process optimisation opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance. 5-10 years' experience in Product Costing, Variance Analysis, Project Accounting, Management Accounting or FP&A. Strong
SAP S/4HANA
/ Controlling experience. Hands-on site controlling and SAP experience. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Kneat or Signavio advantageous. Strong problem-solving, communication and project delivery skills.
