QA Architect Location - Holmdel, NJ or Bethlehem, PA W2 contract role Job Description The QA Architect will provide onshore technical leadership across Test Automation, Test Data Management, Performance Engineering, and WCAG Accessibility Testing. The role will define enterprise QE architecture, standards, frameworks, governance, and reusable solutions across application portfolios. Skills Details Priority Leadership Experience (Led Team of 20+ QA Resources) Practice leadership, strategy definition, stakeholder management, CoE initiatives Mandatory Test Automation Framework (UFT, Selenium, Playwright) Experience designing, implementing, and scaling automation frameworks Mandatory Knowledge of Test Data Management (TDM) Data masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, TDM tools Preferred Gen AI Experience from QA Perspective AI-assisted test generation, test optimization, defect prediction, AI validation Preferred Performance Engineering & Testing Load, stress, endurance testing; tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad Preferred Accessibility Testing (A11y) - WCAG Compliance
