Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and technical Flexera One Administrator to lead our IT asset management (ITAM) operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary platform owner for the Flexera One ecosystem, responsible for its overall health, configuration, and integration with core IT systems such as ServiceNow (CMDB) and Active Directory.

Responsibilities:
Monitor Flexera platform and database performance, troubleshooting any technical or data import errors Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Flexera inventory agents and beacons to ensure data accuracy Perform platform maintenance, including system updates, patches, and version upgrades Manage the integration of Flexera with other enterprise systems, such as ServiceNow Ensure discovered software and hardware data are accurately normalized against the product catalog Conduct regular software license reconciliations to align deployments with entitlements Maintain a central repository of all software licenses, contracts, and purchase records Support tracking software nearing its end-of-life (EOL) or end-of-support (EOS) to mitigate security risks Prepare for audits by reporting on the Effective License Position (ELP) Identify and facilitate the reclamation of underutilized or unused software to optimize costs. Develop and distribute custom reports and dashboards on IT asset compliance to stakeholders Administer role-based access control (RBAC) to secure the Flexera platform We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Strong database and infrastructure troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of software licensing governance Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and firewall configuration Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms Familiarity with database systems (SQL Server) Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsBenefits
