Job Purpose The Power Platform & SharePoint Senior Developer will lead the design and implementation as well as support of applications using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint technologies. This role requires independent execution and leadership of moderate to highly complex Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, including translating business requirements into technical implementations, exercising judgment within established standards, and resolving non-routine issues with minimal oversight. The role supports multiple users and projects, interacts directly with business stakeholders, and has project-level impact beyond individual tasks. Key Accountabilities Project Leader - Solution Development Lead development of Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate workflows to support business processes. Correlate independently with design and other parts of HDMA and AHM-IT to understand requirements and use cases. Configure and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and forms. Enhance existing applications and workflows based on defined requirements. Develop basic integrations between Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 services. Manage project timeline, schedule, and output. Provide guidance to requestors on agile solution development. Technical Execution Develop and Implement solutions using established standards, patterns, and best practices. Perform and lead unit testing and support system testing activities. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with minimal guidance. Business Support Work with business users to clarify requirements and implement approved solutions. Provide user support and training for deployed applications. Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and workflows. Support business case documentation, ROI calculation Create and present solution documents to function area leadership. Operations & Support Support production systems and lead incident resolution. Apply and manage permissions following established security and governance procedures. Lead deployments and change management activities. Train junior staff and provide direction and guidance with best practices and workflows. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field 5+ years of relevant experience, including SharePoint and/or Power Platform Experience in developing Power Apps, Canvas apps and Power Automate flows. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to comfortably navigate uncertainty. Effective technical documentation and communication presentation abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience installing and configuring SharePoint solutions General knowledge in designing and implementing SharePoint work flows, event handlers, Site Columns, Content Types, Custom Document Libraries, Lists, Site Definitions, Timer Jobs, Master Pages using Visual Studio and SharePoint Designer.
