Summer 2026 IT Intern - AI Agent Development TDW is seeking a driven intern to help design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents across various areas of the business. This role focuses on creating practical, business-oriented solutions that enhance efficiency, support decision-making, and improve the overall user experience. Throughout the internship, you will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and receive ongoing mentorship. This opportunity will be based in Tulsa, OK, for Summer 2026. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing high-value AI use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders Design and develop agents using Copilot Studio and Power Platform tools Create, test, and refine prompts to ensure high-quality, reliable outputs Integrate agents with enterprise systems (Power BI, APIs, SharePoint, etc.) Create user guides/quick start materials Develop performance and adoption metrics Support pilot groups and gather feedback. Develop structured test cases and evaluate agent performance and accuracy Present on AI agent development at the end of the internship. Skills Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform) would be a plus Basic understanding of Power Automate or Logic Apps for workflow automation Data literacy — understanding how to work with structured/unstructured data inputs Prompt creation and engineering Communication skills for documenting use cases and presenting findings to stakeholders
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
