- We are seeking a hands-on and detailed orientated Collibra DIP Business Analyst to support the design, configuration, and rollout of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform across our organization.
- Role Objectives
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Engage with data governance, business, and technology stakeholders to understand requirements related to metadata, business glossaries, data stewardship, and data quality.
- Translate business needs into detailed Collibra user stories, functional requirements, and configuration specifications.
- Document current-state and future-state processes enabled by Collibra. Collibra Platform Implementation Support
- Partner with Collibra platform manager to configure assets, workflows, and data models based on business requirements.
- Assist in managing the Collibra Operating Model, including domain structures, communities, and roles.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that platform capabilities meet functional requirements. Adoption & Enablement
- Support onboarding of business users, stewards, and data owners onto the platform.
- Develop and deliver training, user guides, and process documentation.
- Act as a key point of contact for user questions, feedback, and enhancement requests. Governance & Standards
- Ensure alignment of Collibra configuration to enterprise data governance policies, taxonomy, and metadata standards.
- Work with global governance teams to drive consistency across domains and regions.
- Support continuous improvement of Collibra capabilities through lessons learned and stakeholder feedback.
- Qualifications and Skills
- + 8+ years of experience as a business analyst in data governance, data management, or enterprise platforms.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Collibra Ranger or Steward certification is a plus.
