Job Description

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's o r Master's degree in Systems, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity is required and at least zero to three years of related work experience. Agile experience preferred. Candidates must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position As an Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) Member for General Dynamics Mission Systems you'll rotate across several cross functional teams within our Bloomington, Minnesota locations and opportunity to support other sites that are responsible for Airborne Avionics, Stores Management, Sensor Processing, Secure Computing and more. While completing different rotations you will also complete a technical Master's degree, undergo internal training, be involved in community engagement, and establish a strong professional network.
