Description Robert Half's Technology division is seeking a Platform Integration Engineer on behalf of our Memphis-area client. Hybrid role - Contract to Hire Are you the type of engineer who enjoys connecting systems, eliminating manual processes, and building solutions that make an entire business run more efficiently? We're looking for a Platform Integration Engineer to help drive enterprise modernization initiatives across ERP, eCommerce, supply chain, HR, and data platforms. You'll play a key role in replacing legacy integrations with scalable APIs, reusable services, and modern cloud-based solutions. This is an opportunity to influence architecture decisions, work across multiple enterprise platforms, and help shape the future of integration strategy for a growing organization.

What You'll Do:

+ Design and develop integrations between critical enterprise applications

+ Build and maintain REST APIs and reusable integration services

+ Modernize legacy file-based processes with scalable API-driven solutions

+ Develop data pipelines supporting reporting, analytics, and business operations

+ Define integration standards, monitoring practices, and documentation

+ Partner with technical and business stakeholders to solve complex operational challenges

Requirements What We're Looking For:

+ 5+ years of enterprise integration experience

+ REST APIs, JSON, XML, and service-oriented architecture experience

+ Strong SQL skills

+ Java, .NET, and/or Python experience

+ Azure integration experience preferred

+ ERP integration experience required
