Job Description:
Join a collaborative analytics and technology team as a Power Platform Developer, where you will design and deliver solutions that transform business processes through data, automation, and low-code platforms. In this role, you will work heavily within Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to create scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making. You will partner closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems and modernize workflows through innovative Power Platform capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools). Develop advanced Power BI dashboards, working with complex datasets across multiple sources and structures. Perform data transformations and create seamless reporting experiences using DAX and Power Query (M). Partner with business stakeholders to analyze processes and identify automation and reporting opportunities. Build and enhance Power Apps to support workflow automation and business operations. Document technical designs, processes, and solutions to support long-term maintainability. Collaborate across teams during development, testing, and deployment to ensure solutions meet business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications and reporting solutions. Contribute to best practices and governance standards for Power Platform development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ years of experience in software development, analytics, or Power Platform development. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including complex data modeling, joins, and visualizations. Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps development and maintenance. Understanding of data transformation, APIs, and integration concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in Agile or cross-functional team environments.
