The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of functional and technical solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to gather infrastructure requirements, provide expertise, and execute plans to enhance capability and achieve results to support organizational growth.

This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office 3 days per week. The salary range for this role is: $74,500.00

00 Your New Role Partner with architecture to develop implementation and improvement plans by eliciting infrastructure requirements from key stakeholders and recommending solutions. Facilitate the translation of infrastructure needs into actionable processes by evaluating information gathered from multiple sources and defining user requirements for effective solutions. Assess, document and communicate impact of change to key partners by collaborating with stakeholders to develop requirements documentation. Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and gather information to meet requests within area of responsibility. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency. Support end-users by ensuring thorough understanding of user requirements and availability of relevant process documentation. Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to value performance and diversity. Support the implementation of infrastructure technologies and solutions. Required Qualifications Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Preferred Licenses/Certifications:

Compensation Package:

The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate's professional background, including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary, regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE's annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
