The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of functional and technical solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to gather infrastructure requirements, provide expertise, and execute plans to enhance capability and achieve results to support organizational growth.Location:
Ramsey, Minnesota; Fargo, North Dakota;Madison, Wisconsin Work Arrangement:
This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office 3 days per week. The salary range for this role is: $74,500.00- $111,500.

Preferred Licenses/Certifications:
Microsoft MCSE, VMware certification, PMP, EMP certification Preferred Knowledge Working knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems; their implementation & management in an enterprise environment, along with troubleshooting skills Current knowledge of infrastructure tools and technologies including: VMware/ESXi Nutanix/AHG Ivanti Security Controls Veeam Secret Server /privileged access management Solarwinds PowerShell Working knowledge of Active Directory & associated technologies; implementation & management in an enterprise environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, and Office 365 messaging & collaboration services; their implementation & management in an enterprise environment Working knowledge of Cyber Security principles & practices, with experience of working in regulated environment Working knowledge of ITIL service management principles & tools, and their use in an enterprise environment QBE, a global insurance leader, is the proud parent company of NAU Country Insurance Company. The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate's professional background, including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary, regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE's annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
