Worldwide Logistics Inc., is seeking an experienced WMS Technical and Integration Specialist to join our team at our Westampton, NJ location. Role Summary Responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring seamless integration with EDI, customer platforms, and third-party systems. This role combines WMS administration with systems integration (SPS Commerce, APIs, webhooks) to drive efficient, accurate warehouse and fulfillment operations. Acts as a technical liaison across operations, IT, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities WMS Administration & Optimization Configure, maintain, and optimize WMS to support receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements. Ensure data integrity through audits, reconciliations, and system controls. Develop and maintain SOPs, system documentation, and user guides. Train warehouse staff on WMS functionality and best practices. EDI & Systems Integration Manage EDI transactions (ANSI X12: 850, 856/ASN, 940, 810) via SPS Commerce. Troubleshoot integration issues across EDI, APIs, webhooks, and FTP processes. Support onboarding of customers and trading partners, including setup, testing, and validation. Maintain integrations between WMS, ERP, carriers, marketplaces, and customer systems. Order, Shipping & Fulfillment Support Resolve order exceptions, PO discrepancies, and inventory issues within the WMS. Support warehouse and shipping operations by troubleshooting system-related issues (labels, rates, tracking, carrier compliance). Assist with DTC and retail fulfillment workflows and exception handling. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Generate operational, performance, and billing reports. Analyze WMS and integration data to identify efficiency improvements. Support process improvement initiatives to increase accuracy and productivity. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Operations, IT, Customer Service, and external partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Lead or support system implementations, enhancements, and customer onboardings. Coordinate testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness. Collaborate with vendors on system updates, integrations, and best practices. Required Qualifications Experience with WMS configuration and warehouse workflows (receiving through shipping). Strong knowledge of EDI (ANSI X12) and SPS Commerce. Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations. Familiarity with ERP and eCommerce platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Shopify, Cin7). Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in 3PL, warehouse, or supply chain environments. Nice to Have Experience with Extensiv / 3PL Central (SaaS WMS) . Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., eHub, Extensiv Integration Manager).
