Job Description
Experteer Overview In this hands-on Technical Lead role, you will steer delivery for a client-facing digital servicing platform built on Salesforce Experience Cloud and Azure. You will translate architecture into scalable, secure solutions, partnering with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to de-risk complex initiatives. You'll own integrations, platform reliability, and production readiness while guiding delivery teams in Agile environments. This role offers impact through global growth, scalable architectures, and a focus on secure data exchange. You will work closely with a collaborative engineering community to shape a high-availability digital experience for clients.
Compensation / Benefits
- Provide technical leadership for delivery teams building a client-facing servicing platform
- Design and govern integrations between Salesforce Experience Cloud, Azure-based backend services, IAM platforms, and enterprise systems
- Build and validate secure, scalable Azure integration pipelines and APIs with strong observability
- Develop targeted proofs of concept to validate complex integrations and platform capabilities
- Participate in on-call rotation, incident triage, and production stability efforts
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and platform teams to translate designs into executable solutions Tasks
- 10+ years of professional software engineering
- 2+ years in a senior or technical lead role
- Hands-on Salesforce Experience Cloud experience in authenticated, client-facing platforms
- Deep experience with Azure-based backend services and integration pipelines
- API design, system integration, and secure data exchange expertise
- Experience integrating IAM platforms (Okta) including SSO, OAuth/OIDC, and token-based authentication
- Experience with Twilio for secure notifications, OTP, or messaging workflows
- Agile delivery leadership for complex technical implementations
- Experience supporting client self-service, onboarding, or document exchange
- Experience with event-driven and asynchronous integration patterns
- Background in financial services or regulated environments
- Experience supporting high-availability, customer-facing systems Key requirements
