Job Description
Akkodis is seeking a Work front Designer for a Contract with a client in North Quincy, MA (Remote). The ideal candidate is skilled in leading discovery sessions, designing efficient work management processes, and driving solution adoption through implementation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Rate Range:
$53/Hour to $56/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Work front Designer Job Responsibilities include: Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, translating complex needs into scalable Adobe Workfront solutions. Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to align business objectives with workflow and platform capabilities. Design and configure governed work management processes, automations, integrations, reporting solutions, and user workflows within Adobe Workfront. Support implementation, testing, deployment, and user adoption activities while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and best practices. Provide Tier 2 Workfront support by troubleshooting configuration, access, workflow, and reporting issues, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating escalations. Monitor solution performance and user feedback, recommending continuous improvements, process optimizations, and new platform capabilities to enhance business outcomes.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technology, Business Operations, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 5+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront administration experience and 5+ years in business analysis, solution design, workflow design, or platform enablement within a large enterprise environment. Strong expertise in gathering business requirements, leading discovery sessions, and translating stakeholder needs into scalable, governed Adobe Workfront solutions. Experience with Workfront automation, integrations, reporting, and Tier 2 platform support, including troubleshooting complex workflow and configuration issues.
