• Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, network engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems. Communicate effectively across teams to support project objectives.

• Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and architects. Mentor team members, enhancing their skills and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

• System Performance Optimization:

• Analyze and optimize system performance, identifying areas for improvements and implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability of systems.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all system designs, configurations, and operational procedures. Regularly report on project status, system performance, and potential risks or issues to stakeholders.

• Research and Innovation:

• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies. Conduct research and propose innovative solutions to improve system architecture and functionality.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in computer systems engineering or architecture, with a focus on large-scale systems.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and principles.
• Proficiency with system design tools and programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead and work within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Preferred Experience:

• Experience in cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
