Our AI-first approach, deep domain expertise, and engineering culture set us apart. Overview Lead and scale Prodapt's AWS Cloud Operations practice with an AI-first approach. Own strategy, delivery, and growth of managed cloud services, driving automation, AIOps, and large-scale AWS adoption for telecom and tech clients in Dallas, Texas. Key Responsibilities Define and execute AWS cloud operations strategy (managed services, migration, FinOps, AI-driven ops) Build and lead teams of AWS architects, engineers, and SREs Architect AI-powered operations (AIOps, automated remediation, predictive scaling) Drive observability and SRE best practices (SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction) Lead enterprise AWS migration and managed services engagements Own client relationships and commercial models (fixed, outcome-based, shared savings) Establish FinOps and governance frameworks (cost optimization, security, compliance) Requirements 12+ years in IT/cloud, with 6+ years in AWS architecture & operations AWS Professional certifications (Solutions Architect / DevOps) Proven experience in AIOps and cloud managed services at scale Deep expertise across core AWS services (EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, etc.) Strong business acumen with P&L and client growth experience Telecom/cloud-native network experience (5G, NFV) preferred Leadership Expectations Hands-on technical leader with end-to-end delivery ownership Experience managing global, distributed teams Strong stakeholder management up to C-suite Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Nice to Have APN partnership experience Multi-cloud exposure (Azure/GCP) 5G/ORAN deployments on AWS
