Job Overview Fitness International, located in Irving, Texas, is looking for a seasoned Senior Systems Administrator. The right candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Storage, and virtualization technologies. Additionally, experience administering a highly available transactional environment that has regulatory compliance his highly preferred. •This is NOT a REMOTE Position Skills and Experience Required 10 years minimum experience administering Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure in virtual and physical environments. Working Knowledge in administering Active Directory preferably in a multi domain and OU environment. Working Knowledge of managing Group Policies to implement and enforce standards. Working knowledge of NetApp storage administration in particular FAS and AFF arrays Working knowledge of NetApp Ontap capabilities e.g. SnapMirror, SnapShot, SnapLock, FlexClone etc. Working knowledge of PowerShell and other scripting languages Ability to effectively develop, document and communicate technical processes and standards. Ability to approach a challenge from multiple angles. Ability to effectively develop, document and communicate technical processes and standards. Ability to identify areas of improvement, articulate the challenge, plan and execute the necessary changes. Ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions on the infrastructure. Strict adherence to change control. Strict attention to detail. Desired Experience supporting an environment with strict security standards. Experience with Pure Storage Systems Security minded operational approach. Having Microsoft and other technical certificate(s) is a plus Typical Duties Deployment, management, monitoring of Microsoft Server infrastructure. Enterprise Storage administration for Netapp and Pure Monitor health of Storage infrastructure Monitor health of MS Server infrastructure Maintains overall system compliance with information security policies and procedures. Represents IT's interests and concerns on complex projects through the lifecycle of a project, and escalates concerns to management as necessary. Plans, schedules, and communicates system changes to other team members prior to implementation. Champions development and implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures for the IT Systems group. Manage risk in your day-to-day duties supporting the infrastructure. Maintain and develop documentation necessary to managing the infrastructure. Participate in on call rotating schedule for afterhours support. Mentor and train Jr. level engineers and administrators. Performs other duties as assigned

Other Qualifications Technical Certifications:

Certifications in any of the following: MCSA, MCSE, VMWare, NetApp, ITIL or other relevant technology engineering certifications.

Education:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.), technology trade school, or relevant training programs. Pay:

$135,000.00 - $142,000.00 per year
