We are a Houston area managed services and consulting firm supporting organizations that rely on stable, well-designed infrastructure. Our model combines modern cloud technologies with layered infrastructure strategy so client environments remain secure, scalable, and reliable. We are growing steadily and reinvesting in our engineers, tools, and processes so our team can focus on solving meaningful technical challenges instead of operating in chaos. We are adding a Systems Engineer to strengthen our escalation and infrastructure capabilities. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, infrastructure stability, and hands-on support across Microsoft environments, virtualization platforms, and client networks. You will work closely with the team to resolve complex issues, support infrastructure improvements, and maintain a high standard of service delivery. Core Focus

• Advanced troubleshooting across Windows environments and Microsoft 365
• Active Directory administration including GPO management and domain optimization
• Supporting virtualization environments including RDS and Horizon
• Installation and configuration of applications and Office environments
• Coordinating with vendors and third-party platforms used by client organizations
• Maintaining accurate documentation and service records What We Are Looking For
• 2 or more years of experience working with a Managed Services Provider
• Strong Microsoft 365 and desktop support background
• Active Directory administration and GPO experience
• Experience supporting virtualization platforms such as RDS or Horizon
• Solid networking fundamentals including VLANs and routing basics
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Compensation and Benefits
