Not available Job Summary Ashley Hughes-Jefferson Consulting LLC is recruiting for an experienced Computer Systems Engineer / Architect to support Enhanced 9-1-1 (E-911) implementation and Army Voice Modernization activities in Winchester, Virginia. This senior-level systems engineering opportunity focuses on
E-911/NG911, IP
networking, SIP/VoIP, emergency communications, PSAP connectivity, location information provisioning, interoperability, and technical risk reduction within a DoD/federal environment. The ideal candidate brings extensive systems or network engineering experience along with hands-on knowledge of enterprise IP communications, E-911 or NG911 environments, SIP/VoIP technologies, and federal or Department of Defense networks. An active Secret security clearance is required. This is an onsite position in Winchester, VA. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Provide systems engineering support for mission-critical emergency communications integration. Support E-911 implementation activities associated with Army Voice Modernization. Coordinate technical and provisioning activities with government and prime-contractor stakeholders. Conduct architecture reviews, interface analyses, and technical assessments. Provide IP network engineering and routing support for E-911 call delivery. Analyze IP routing dependencies, network interconnections, performance issues, and SIP call paths. Support

location provisioning and record validation. Identify and help resolve location discrepancies that could affect emergency call routing. Support interoperability activities involving Army Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) connectivity. Troubleshoot and escalate complex technical issues. Identify technical risks and contribute to mitigation planning. Develop technical recommendations, assessments, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with engineering, technical, government, and program stakeholders supporting mission-critical communications environments. Required Qualifications Candidates should meet the following requirements: 10+ years of systems engineering or network engineering experience 5+ years of IP routing and enterprise communications experience Professional experience with SIP/VoIP technologies Experience supporting E-911 or NG911 environments Experience supporting DoD or federal networks Current active Secret security clearance Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience Ability to work onsite in Winchester, VA, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. ET Preferred Qualifications Additional consideration may be given to candidates with experience involving:

The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. This is not a remote position. Pay:
