We're a cloud-first, tight-knit MSP that takes our work seriously — but not ourselves. We geek out over security, automation, and clean infrastructure, and we have a lot of fun doing it. The Role We're looking for a Proactive Services Manager who brings serious technical depth and real leadership ability in equal measure. You'll own our proactive services function — leading a team of 4-6 engineers focused on cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure health across our client base. This is not a reactive helpdesk role. You'll be building and enforcing the standards that keep our clients secure, compliant, and ahead of problems before they happen. What You'll Do Lead Your Team Manage, coach, and develop a team of 4-6 engineers. Run 1:1s, drive accountability, support career growth, and build a culture of ownership and technical excellence. Own Cybersecurity & Compliance Lead the delivery of security frameworks, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives across client environments. Stay ahead of evolving threats and regulatory requirements — especially within the legal industry. Drive Proactive Infrastructure Health Oversee patching, monitoring, system hardening, and long-term infrastructure stability across client environments. Catch issues before the client ever notices. Set & Enforce Standards Define technical standards, documentation requirements, and security baselines. Partner with the IT Support Manager to ensure alignment between reactive and proactive functions. Get Into the Weeds You'll be expected to roll up your sleeves. Whether it's a complex escalation, a security incident, or a tricky systems issue, your team needs to know you can back it up technically. Report & Advise Communicate proactive service health, compliance posture, and security trends to leadership and clients. Use data to drive decisions. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field 5+ years of experience in an MSP or IT services environment Strong background in cybersecurity, compliance frameworks (NIST, CIS, HIPAA, etc.), and systems administration Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, endpoint security, EDR, and network infrastructure 2+ years in a management role Relevant certifications a strong plus: Security+, CISSP, CISM, or similar ConnectWise or similar PSA/RMM experience preferred You lead by example — your team respects you because you've earned it Why Lawgistics We're small enough that your decisions shape the company and big enough to offer real complexity. You'll work across a wide range of client environments, drive security and compliance programs that actually matter, and be part of a team that genuinely enjoys what they do. We celebrate wins, learn from mistakes, and yes — the snacks are really good. If you're a technically deep, security-focused leader who's ready to build something great, we'd love to meet you.
