Cybersecurity Team Lead ISSM Security Clearance Required Salary Range:
$150,000 to $166,000 per year Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Cybersecurity Team Lead / Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to support DLIFLC at the Presidio of Monterey, CA. This role leads the contract Information Assurance team and is responsible for management, coordination, and oversight of all cybersecurity operations across the enterprise. This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities Lead the Information Assurance team, including planning, execution, and oversight of cybersecurity operations during and after duty hours. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and manage cybersecurity servers, tools, and applications. Serve as the ISSM, ensuring compliance with DoD RMF (NISTSP 800-37
), STIGs, and applicable Army cybersecurity policies. Coordinate vulnerability management, incident response, and continuous monitoring activities. Mentor and develop Tier 2 cybersecurity personnel and provide escalation support. Required Qualifications BA/BS with 5+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience, OR AA/AS with 7+ years, OR 9+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience in lieu of degree. Active IAT Level II certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) plus applicable CE/OS certification. Active Secret clearance. Demonstrated team leadership experience. U.S. Citizenship Desired Qualifications ISSM or IAM Level II/III certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CASP+). Experience implementing Zero Trust architectures in DoD environments. Hands-on experience with eMASS, ACAS, Microsoft Defender, and STIGs. Prior support to DLIFLC, TRADOC, or other Army training installations.
