Responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing Cyber Managed Services delivery, ensuring quality and compliance monitoring engagement progress, reporting issues, risks, and opportunities building strong client and team relationships to support engagement success and identify new opportunities collaborating with technical leads to assign skilled staff, providing coaching, and promoting professional growth adhering to policies on workpapers, independence, and information security, and keeping management informed of engagement status upholding professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment Qualifications include a minimum of five years management experience in IDM or cybersecurity, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and IDM processes. Skills required are excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to convey complex technical information clearly. Travel may be necessary based on client needs.
