Responsible for administering, and overseeing information security systems, tools, polices, and procedures required to protect critical assets. Responsible for technical leadership in the monitoring for a wide and varied number of critical information systems to detect and analyze abnormalities/problems, initiate corrective actions, and restore systems to normal function. The primary focus of this position is on the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the infrastructure and the processes required for delivering applications and services throughout the state, including those managed and operated by third parties. for Senior Security Operations Center Analyst Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas: Possess a minimum of 7 years Information Technology experience in enterprise environments. Possess the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve security issues related to network devices, servers, PCs, mobile devices, cloud services. Possess knowledge of security tools, understanding of security vulnerabilities. Possess a strong understanding of networking, security, and server systems technology, firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, Next-gen AV/Endpoint security, Email, Storage, Syslog, Windows Server, Identity Access Mgmt., TCP/IP. Selective Requirements must be met in addition to the job requirements. Applicants who do not possess the selective requirement will not be qualified: Applicant must possess a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
