Network Security Administrator

Description We are seeking a Network Security Engineer to support and maintain enterprise security infrastructure while providing advanced troubleshooting and operational support.

Responsibilities:

+ Administer and maintain network security tools and platforms + Perform escalated troubleshooting for complex network/security issues + Configure and deploy security devices and services (firewalls, email/web security, etc.) + Manage SLAs and ensure timely resolution of incidents + Perform maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management of security systems + Communicate updates and resolutions to internal teams and customers + Follow change management processes for all configurations and updates + Collaborate with vendors on implementations and new technologies + Conduct deep-dive diagnostics and escalate issues when needed +

Requirements Required Qualifications:

+ 4+ years in a network/security support or engineering role + 2+ years of hands-on Cisco troubleshooting experience + Strong understanding of network security principles and protocols + Experience with troubleshooting across network/security environments + Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
