Job Description
Overview:
TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator to support the implementation, integration, and ongoing administration of enterprise IAM systems. This role will focus on strengthening security controls, improving access governance, and supporting compliance initiatives through automation and best practices.Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access lifecycle management Implement and maintain solutions across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and related technologies Design, integrate, and support IAM systems and security tools to ensure compliant access controls Automate and streamline IAM processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort Perform system integrations using SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM, APIs, and other connection methods Monitor and respond to identity-related security threats in partnership with Information Security teams Support audit activities by coordinating evidence collection, remediation, and compliance documentation Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and operational runbooks Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, audit, HR, and legal stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication, access, and identity-related issuesRequired Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Experience with IT compliance, security frameworks, and audit processes Strong understanding of identity security concepts including SSO, MFA, and RBAC Hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms Experience leading or supporting technical projects Familiarity with enterprise directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred /Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with SailPoint (IdentityNow / ISC) for identity governance and certification Experience with Okta for SSO, lifecycle management, and access orchestration Familiarity with PAM tools such as CyberArk or Delinea Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication solutions (RSA, Okta Verify, YubiKey, etc.) Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Java for automation and integrations Experience designing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models Experience supporting financial or regulatory audits (SOC 2, NIST, FFIEC, GLBA) Ability to build technical documentation, architecture designs, and compliance artifactsWork Environment:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
