Plan, execute, and manage global cybersecurity projects across multiple regions, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while aligning with organizational risk and compliance standards. Lead Security Exception Management initiatives by designing and optimizing workflows to reduce data exfiltration risks, leveraging technologies such as CASB, DLP, EDR, and PAM. Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to deploy secure collaboration platforms and ensure adherence to global cybersecurity standards. Conduct risk assessments, workshops, and stakeholder engagements to align security initiatives with enterprise risk policies, while designing and executing POCs for cloud security solutions such as gateways to evaluate and control application access. Oversee system transitions and implementations, including migration of exception management processes to workflow and ITSM platforms, along with testing, reporting, and data analysis using SQL. Lead development teams in implementing role-based access control (RBAC) solutions and automating access certification processes, while managing UAT activities, onboarding security applications, and integrating systems through connectors. Apply strong project management, risk mitigation, cloud security, and regulatory compliance expertise to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient cybersecurity solutions.Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of progressive experience or, alternatively, a Master's degree with 1 year of experience, which will be considered equivalent. Travel required.Job Benefits:
