Site Location:
Tulsa, OK Set schedule: Mon-Thurs 6:30am- 5:30pm Competitive hourly wage of $24.
Security Project Manager:
Maintain an accurate master staffing roster reflecting the number and status of all operational personnel assigned to the account. Process and coordinate employee leave requests and other absences for personnel under supervision. Respond promptly and professionally to client concerns, questions, and operational issues on a day-to-day basis. Promote and demonstrate GardaWorld's mission, standards, and organizational values. Conduct security surveys at existing client locations and provide recommendations regarding security needs and operational requirements. Monitor, document, and report the activities and performance of Quick Reaction Force personnel within the assigned division. Ensure security personnel are appropriately posted and communicate contract cancellations or changes to management in a timely manner. Maintain appropriate levels of employee discipline and accountability in accordance with company policies and standards. Monitor account costs, staffing levels, overtime, and operational overhead to ensure financial performance aligns with project revenue. Lead by example and consistently demonstrate GardaWorld's values of Integrity, Trust, Vigilance, and Respect . Promote employee engagement, recognition, development, and retention throughout the account. Maintain strong client relationships and support the long-term retention of assigned accounts. Monitor account-specific performance metrics and implement corrective actions and improvement plans when required. Conduct personnel inspections and ensure required training is completed for 100% of assigned personnel each month . Recruit qualified personnel to maintain appropriate staffing levels across assigned accounts. Develop supervisors and other employees for advancement and career growth. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations. Become proficient in all required company software systems, including onboarding, scheduling, financial, and CRM platforms. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications forSecurity Project Manager:
Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process Fluency in both spoken and written English. Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction. The ability to respond quickly and effectively to critical or emergency situations. Strong judgment and the ability to appropriately enforce client procedures, regulations, policies, and standards. The ability and willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and other non-standard hours as required. A minimum of three years of experience with a reputable security company in a similar leadership or management capacity . A valid, clean driver's license. Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn and utilize company software systems. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple operational priorities. If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience- even better!
