Position Summary:
We are hiring a full-time Social Security Disability Case Manager for our Central Point office to support cases nationwide. In this role, you'll work closely with clients, attorneys, and team members to move cases forward and support individuals seeking Social Security Disability (SSD) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits.
Responsibilities:
Manage and support a caseload of SSD/SSI cases Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients Collect and organize medical records and evidence Prepare and submit documentation to SSA and other relevant agencies Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on action items Update internal systems with case progress and notes
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Comfortable learning new software and systems Experience in legal, medical, or administrative roles is preferred but not required Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
