Job Description

As a Cyber Security Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee cybersecurity operations to protect our critical digital assets. You will manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, ensuring the implementation of effective security measures and compliance with industry standards to safeguard our infrastructure. You will report directly to our General Manager - Global LOB and you'll work out of our Duluth, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the security posture of Honeywell by proactively identifying and mitigating cyber threats, enhancing incident response capabilities, and fostering a security-aware culture within the organization.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience in leading cybersecurity teams and managing security operations in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, threat intelligence, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Proficiency with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection platforms, and network security technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud security controls and compliance standards relevant to industrial environments.
WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with industrial control systems security and compliance frameworks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and supervise a team of cybersecurity analysts and engineers to ensure effective monitoring and response to security incidents.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security audits.
