Job Summary The Director of Enterprise Solution Architecture is a senior IT leadership role responsible for enterprise wide solution architecture governance, standards, and strategic alignment across Harris Health. Reporting to the VP Chief Architect, this role ensures that all solutions are designed, implemented, and governed in alignment with organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and healthcare operations. This role defines and drives the enterprise architecture strategy, roadmap, and execution across all technology domains, including applications, cloud, data, and integration. The Director serves as the governing authority for enterprise architecture decisions, establishing standards, approving solution designs, and ensuring alignment with long-term organizational strategy. The Director leads architecture teams, oversees enterprise standards, and partners with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to drive scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions.
Minimum Qualifications Degrees:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Clinical Informatics/Related Field Masters in Information Systems Information Systems/Clinical Informatics/Related Field (Preferred)
Licenses & Certifications:
1. ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) governance certification (Preferred) 2. Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) (Preferred) 3. Project Management Professional (PMP) or program/portfolio (Preferred) 4. TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or equivalent enterprise architecture certification. (required within 1 year) (Preferred)
Work Experience:
Eight (8) Years Work Experience Enterprise architecture, solution delivery, technology strategy to include 5 years enterprise leadership and cross functional program delivery in healthcare system
Management Experience:
