Hybrid Position Summary Designs, implements, and maintains IAM solutions for enterprise systems. Responsible for technical configuration, deployment, and support of IAM infrastructure, including identity management, authentication, and access control systems. Collaborates with analysts and senior engineers to develop secure architectures, automate provisioning, and respond to IAM security incidents. Participates in risk assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives. Requires strong technical skills and experience with IAM technologies. Minimum Qualifications Education & Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 years of experience in Identity Access Management or Information Security OR Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related discipline and 3 years of experience in the Information Technology field OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position JavaScript experience is required Preferred - PowerShell, NodeJS and MS SQL, APIs Preferred - Linux Operating System Preferred Areas of Expertise Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in areas such as: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Identity Lifecycle Management Authentication and Authorization Technologies Access Control Systems Privileged Access Management User Provisioning and Deprovisioning Information Security Best Practices Risk Assessment and Compliance Security Incident Response Automation and Scripting Enterprise Systems Administration Work Environment This position supports BayCare's Identity Access Management team and plays a critical role in protecting enterprise systems, applications, and sensitive information.
