Job Description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Security Analyst to join our team in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Manage the complete lifecycle of badge requests, from initial intake through timely processing, documentation, and fulfillment. Maintain accurate and secure facility access by creating, modifying, and terminating records within the access control system. Develop and manage badge templates to ensure brand consistency and adherence to security protocols. Oversee in-person badge scheduling and onsite printing. Conduct routine database maintenance, including database cleanups and security audits, to ensure system integrity and compliance with organizational standards and security policies. Performing fingerprinting and citizenship verifications. Manage the security mailbox, professionally triaging and resolving all inquiries and requests.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree and 4 years of experience Demonstrated experience in Personnel Security (PERSEC) or a comparable administrative role with a strong focus on compliance. Skilled in using security and HR systems, including DISS, SIMS, CCure, ServiceNow, and Workday. Competence in Google Workspace tools, with an emphasis on developing solutions using Google App Scripts (JavaScript) and managing Google Sites. Strong ability to communicate effectively, including briefing senior staff and collaborating with managers to ensure proper documentation and justification is provided. Ability to conduct thorough and precise weekly audits, identifying even minor discrepancies within large datasets.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
