Senior SailPoint ISC Developer Location:

Irving, TX --- onsite We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer with 7 10 years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience and deep expertise in application onboarding, identity governance, and access lifecycle automation within SailPoint ISC. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical professional capable of independently driving complex onboarding initiatives, implementing scalable identity governance solutions, and leveraging SailPoint s AI-driven capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and security outcomes. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work directly with business stakeholders, application teams, and security partners to deliver high-quality IAM solutions with minimal supervision in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Required Experience:

7 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (SailPoint ISC/Identity Now). Proven experience in application onboarding, customization and integration within SailPoint ISC.

Strong expertise in:

Identity Lifecycle Management Access Governance Access Certifications Provisioning & Deprovisioning RBAC & Access Controls Entitlement Management Role Modeling Hands-on experience leveraging AI-driven capabilities and automation features within SailPoint ISC to improve governance operations and reduce manual effort.

Experience integrating enterprise applications through:

REST APIs SCIM Web Services JDBC Active Directory Microsoft Entra ID LDAP Working knowledge of GitLab SaaS, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage directly with customers and stakeholders.
