Responsibilities Manage, coach, and support the career advancement of a high-performing engineering team while fostering a collaborative culture. Define and execute a multi-year technical roadmap for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) authorization infrastructure in alignment with broader Google Cloud reliability and security goals. Drive complex projects through the entire software lifecycle, balancing delivery goals with operational health and high quality. Provide technical direction and system design oversight for distributed, fault-tolerant infrastructure built for 99.999% availability.
