This role will be instrumental in establishing the technical foundation for enterprise reporting, business system integration, and future data initiatives across the organization. This is an in-person position. The Company may consider requests for remote or hybrid work on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed. Why This Role Exists Briggs continues to invest in technology to support rapid business growth. Business data resides across multiple systems including Spectrum, Procore, HR platforms, estimating solutions, and Microsoft 365. The immediate priority is to establish a centralized data warehouse and build a scalable reporting and integration foundation that enables trusted reporting, reduces manual effort, and supports future business initiatives. This role will help execute Briggs' enterprise data roadmap by building scalable data infrastructure, supporting platform evaluations, and partnering with internal stakeholders and external consulting partners through implementation. Initial Priorities ☐ Build the enterprise data warehouse ☐ Connect priority business systems ☐ Establish repeatable data pipelines ☐ Support the first reporting and dashboard initiatives ☐ Create a scalable foundation that supports current & future reporting, integrations, and business systems. This role is expected to deliver working solutions, collaborate across departments, and establish the technical foundation for Briggs' long-term enterprise data strategy. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Data Platform Design, build, and maintain Briggs' enterprise data warehouse, including the enterprise data model, ensuring only trusted, relevant, and business-critical information is incorporated. Develop data pipelines and ETL processes that consolidate data from core business systems. Ensure data quality, integrity, performance, and documentation. Establish data refresh schedules, governance standards, and operational procedures that support reliable reporting across the organization. Implement and maintain appropriate data security, access controls, and governance standards.
Pay:
$115,000.00
