We are seeking a Data Engineer to lead a critical initiative focused on migrating a government reporting application that requires heavy data transfers using SSIS from on-prem to GCP cloud. In this role, you will design and implement robust ETL pipelines leveraging SSIS and cloud technologies to ensure accurate, secure, and scalable data processing for regulatory reporting. The position involves developing and optimizing complex data workflows, integrating data from multiple sources, and ensuring compliance with government standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to migrate and transform data efficiently, while documenting SQL logic to support the reporting data layer. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SSIS, strong experience creating ETL pipelines in cloud environments such as GCP, and advanced SQL skills for analysis and optimization. Familiarity with government reporting requirements and performance tuning for large-scale data operations is essential. Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses and knowledge of AI-driven automation tools for ETL processes are highly desirable. This is an opportunity to contribute to a strategic modernization effort that enhances scalability, reliability, and compliance for a leading healthcare insurance client.
We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
