Senior Azure Data Engineer Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer to join their team. As a Sr. Data Engineer, you will be part of the Data Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$71-75/hr depending on years of experienceWhat's the Job

• Design, develop, and support scalable cloud-based data platforms and pipelines using Azure services and Databricks
• Build and maintain efficient ETL/ELT processes for structured and unstructured data sources
• Design and optimize enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, and modern analytics platforms
• Create high-quality, secure, and maintainable data solutions following engineering best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and support cloud migration initiatives.

What's Needed

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks
• 5+ years of experience developing solutions using PySpark
• 8+ years of experience in data warehousing and data engineering
• Advanced SQL development and database design experience.
