Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective data models and analytical solutions. Conduct detailed analysis using Excel, R, Python, and other analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. Support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by participating in requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and documentation of analytics solutions within Agile frameworks. Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and management across multiple platforms including Microsoft SQL Server. Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards that communicate insights clearly to both technical teams and business leaders. Experience Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong portfolio of dashboard development and data visualization projects. Proficiency in SQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle with demonstrated ability in query management and database design. Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools including Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms. Familiarity with ETL processes using Talend or VBA automation techniques to streamline data workflows. Strong programming skills in R and Python for statistical analysis and predictive modeling. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management principles. Excellent analysis skills complemented by the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
