We are currently seeking a Data Management Analyst to join our team in San Diego.

What youll do:

The Data Management Analyst will provide Configuration Management and Data Management support to the U.S. Navys MIDS program office.

Responsibilities:

Track and monitor data submissions.

Provide status reporting on MIDS industry data submissions as defined by the statement of work (SOW).Receive, handle, and transfer classified data via hard copy or by electronic means.

Review and consolidate functional change and enhancement requests for the MIDSvue database.

Become proficient in MIDSvue operation.

Assist with the CM/DM processing of government approval and signature of letters (contractual, comments/approval, etc.).Provide a quality check to verify proper incorporation of all approved changes to the baseline documents.

Qualifications:

Minimum two (2) years of experience in Data Management or combined two years of experience in two or more of the following areas:

Data ManagementPlanning, organizing, completing, and presenting assessments of Data Management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures Use of TopVue or similar data management tools such as DOORS and CMproKnowledge of Department of the Navy Configuration Management processes.

Bachelors degree from an institution accredited in the United States or one additional year of configuration and data management experienceDefense Acquisition University Configuration Management training Institute of Configuration Management training Active DOD Secret security clearanceProficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsWhat MBC offers:
