As a Data Analyst you will Assess existing workflows, challenge legacy processes, and help design more scalable, efficient, and intelligent operating models. • Lead process re-engineering initiatives across Middle Office to simplify workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve scalability, control, and transparency. Use digital tools, automation, AI, and workflow technologies to transform legacy operational activities into streamlined, technology-enabled processes. Use JIRA to support end-to-end project lifecycle tracking, including documenting epics, stories, tasks, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery progress. Translate business challenges into structured process designs, business requirements, and implementation roadmaps. Apply data analysis and process metrics to evaluate performance, identify bottlenecks, and measure the impact of re-engineering efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skill Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar analytics and automation technologies. Experience using JIRA for end-to-end project delivery, workflow management, backlog prioritization, and dependency tracking. Prior exposure to financial services, asset servicing, or middle office functions is beneficial but not required.
