As an Analyst I, you will collect, analyze, and organize Medicaid pharmacy data into databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines. Responsibilities include monitoring Medicaid policy changes, verifying data, performing backups, and providing data support to internal teams. The role also involves mentoring junior team members on best practices. Research and transfer data from Medicaid pharmacy websites into computer files or database systems. Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns. Develop and maintain databases to store and organize data. Verify data by comparing it to source documents. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested from internal executives. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Monitor changes in Medicaid policies and regulations.
