- W2•$74-84 per HR Description Lead strategic financial crime compliance initiatives for a global investment bank.
Define and implement crypto financial crime operating models and data architecture. Engage with senior stakeholders across compliance, financial crime operations, data, and technology functions. Develop and optimize transaction monitoring frameworks and detection scenarios. Design blockchain intelligence and analytics solutions. Define end-to-end data flows and integration architecture. Collaborate with engineering and platform teams for scalable implementation. Key Responsibilities Define target operating models for crypto AML and sanctions investigations. Advise stakeholders on crypto financial crime risks and governance. Design workflows for alert generation, triage, and case management. Lead workshops with compliance and technology stakeholders. Drive requirements definition and solution design. Qualifications 10 years of experience in financial crime compliance, AML, KYC, or transaction monitoring. 3 years of hands-on experience in crypto AML and blockchain risk management. Deep understanding of crypto compliance controls within global banking environments. Experience with blockchain intelligence platforms. Strong understanding of financial crime data models and counterparty intelligence concepts.
