6 months About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead and drive key projects and strategic initiatives from planning through execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable working across teams to establish milestones, manage deliverables, and ensure commitments are completed on schedule. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present project updates, recommendations, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership. Responsibilities Lead and manage projects, programs, and strategic initiatives from planning through completion. Develop clear project plans, milestones, deliverables, and target dates. Drive initiatives forward while ensuring deliverables remain on schedule. Identify dependencies, risks, and potential obstacles and proactively work toward resolution. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish priorities, responsibilities, and expectations. Monitor progress against established milestones and due dates. Prepare and deliver concise project updates and presentations to senior leadership. Facilitate effective communication and accountability across project teams and stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated experience in project management, program management, or initiatives management. Proven ability to independently drive projects and initiatives forward. Experience establishing milestones, tracking deliverables, and meeting deadlines. Experience preparing and presenting information to senior leadership. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing complex or cross-functional initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions.
