Job Description Improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of quality and operational data. Analyse quality records, customer returns, scrap, rework, and nonconforming product data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics to support business decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams to establish data standards and improve reporting effectiveness. Support data governance initiatives to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and actionable. Document quality processes and reporting procedures to improve consistency and repeatability. Assist with training initiatives related to data integrity, reporting standards, and system utilisation. Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis, audits, and quality reviews. Support internal audits, compliance activities, corrective action programmes, and continuous improvement projects. Strengthen overall quality systems by improving visibility into performance, compliance, and process adherence. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Business Systems, or a related field. Experience working with quality systems, manufacturing operations, process improvement, data analysis, or reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations. Experience using spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive improvement initiatives. Preferred Experience Experience with customer returns, nonconforming products, scrap, rework, corrective actions, or quality reporting. Experience creating dashboards, performance metrics, and quality management reports. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, auditing, or continuous improvement methodologies. Experience supporting process documentation, training programmes, or standard work initiatives.
