https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of metadata management, data cataloging, data mesh, data products, data marketplaces, data stewardship, and governed data access.
- Experience partnering with data product owners, domain owners, and data stewards to implement governance standards and drive adoption across the organization.
- Experience tracking and demonstrating governance progress through data quality initiatives, governance maturity metrics, and compliance with enterprise data management requirements.
- Ability to ensure enterprise data is governed, trusted, and audit-ready through established controls, processes, and reporting.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives, managing roadmaps, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering results through cross-functional teams.
- Experience leveraging emerging technologies to enhance Data Management and Governance practices. Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Data Management, Information Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with data governance, metadata, catalog, marketplace, and stewardship platforms such as Informatica, Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Atlan, Alation, or similar tools.
