6-8 months Responsibilities Aggregate product quality data from diverse internal and external platforms. Analyze customer reviews, return data, and direct feedback to identify actionable product quality and customer satisfaction insights. Design, build, and maintain reports covering quality metrics, vendor performance, and product history. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the capture, visualization, and communication of quality data to senior leadership. Coordinate departmental operations, including budget tracking, invoicing, chargebacks, vendor documentation, factory approvals, business continuity records, meeting scheduling, and team recaps. Requirements 2-5 years of related professional experience, including experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to work onsite in New York City 2-3 days per week, particularly during onboarding and cross-functional collaboration. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present synthesized data to senior leadership. Strong data analysis, reporting, organization, and administrative skills. Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and able to meet demanding retail deadlines.
