Responsibilities Maintain Excel spreadsheets to organize financial data from various sources into one source. Apply business math principles (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and knowledge of basic Excel formulae to ensure spreadsheets are 100% accurate. Collaborate with several stakeholders and clients to gather data into spreadsheets. Validate data accuracy by performing audits and troubleshooting discrepancies within spreadsheets. Communicate accurately and succinctly with stakeholders and clients. Requirements Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel - understanding of basic formulae. Strong understanding of business mathematics concepts such as percentages, ratios, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Ability to interpret data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards process improvement. Prior experience working with Excel and clients is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients at all levels.
