Analyst Crew Analytics JetBlue life insurance, 401(k) United States, York, Long Island City Jul 29, 2026 Position Summary The Analyst, Crew Analytics, is responsible for mining, analyzing and reporting on complex crew and operational data to support the Crew Analytics team's goal of influencing crew related decisions, strategy formulation, process improvements, and other related functions. The analyst will partner with other crewmembers within Operations Resource Planning, Flight Ops, Inflight, System Operations, Finance and IT to ensure crew data is accurate, consumable and actionable. This role reports to General Manager Crew Analytics within the Enterprise Planning organization. Essential Responsibilities Produces innovative solutions driven by exploratory data analysis from complex and high-dimensional datasets
Acquires in depth business knowledge as well as gathers and analyzes complex information about all components in the process, using a variety of data sources
Assists in crew database development
Supports the building and maintaining of internal crew analytics dashboards using Business Intelligence tools
Works with Business Customers to develop technological and analytical solutions
Applies analytical experience to recognize patterns, identify opportunities, pose business questions, and make valuable discoveries leading to problem solving, decision support, and process changes
Reports out weekly crew metrics and findings to multiple levels of the organization
Responsible for ad hoc reporting and analysis to support the team
Support operational and financial efficiency projects and business cases for Flight and Inflight
Other duties as assigned
